Dublin, 30 March 2020 | Dalata Hotel Group plc ("Dalata" or the "Group"), Ireland's largest hotel operator, with a growing presence in the United Kingdon, today announces that it has issued its Annual Report for 2019 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, letter from the Chair, and Form of Proxy to shareholders.

Coronavirus - COVID-19

The Company closely follows the advice of the Irish Health Service Executive (HSE) on public gatherings

and social distancing. Member's contributions at the AGM are valued, but this year we request that members refrain from attending the AGM in person.

Members are encouraged to use the proxy voting service and to submit questions relating the business of the meeting in advance (no later than Friday, 24 April) by email to companysecretarial@dalatahotelgroup com or by post to the Company's registered office. Questions submitted using this mechanism will be addressed by the Chair at the meeting. Members are also invited to listen to the proceedings of the meeting remotely by teleconference. Full details are set out in the Notice of AGM.

In the period leading up to the AGM, the Company will continue to monitor the impact of the COVID-19 virus in Ireland. If it becomes necessary or appropriate to make alternative arrangements for the holding of the AGM, we will ensure that shareholders are given as much notice as possible via RNS announcement and the Company's website: www.dalatahotelgroup.com.
