SECURITIES BEING RELEASED FROM ESCROW
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10.A please be advised that the following securities will be released from ASX escrow on or after 27 May 2022:
- 1,500,000 ordinary fully paid shares
The Company will apply for quotation of the above shares via an Appendix 2A no later than 5 business days after the date of release. There will be no change to the Company’s issued capital as a result of the above.
The following securities remain subject to escrow :
24,125,000 ordinary fully paid shares to be released on 28 September 2023
8,000,000 vendor options exercisable at $0.30 each expiring 28 September 2025 to be released on 28 September 2023
