ASX ANNOUNCEMENT (ASX: DAL)

Release of audited financial statements and annual report for 30 June 2021

The Board of Dalaroo Metals Ltd ( Company ) has resolved to rely on ASIC relief pursuant to ASIC Media Release 21-082MR for the extension of the deadline to issue its audited annual financial statements and its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2021 from 30 September 2021 to 31 October 2021. This will provide the Company with an extra month to complete and have audited its annual financial statements and its annual report.

The extended deadline will assist with pressures on resources for the audit process for the Company and provide adequate time for the completion of the audit process taking into account challenges presented by COVID-19 conditions, including audit firm resources.
