Dalaroo Metals Ltd (ASX: DAL) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Dalaroo Metals Ltd (‘DAL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of DAL, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 13 October 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Dalaroo Metals Ltd (“Company”) requests a trading halt on its securities, effective immediately.

The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The trading halt is sought until the earlier of:

• the expiry of the period ending on the commencement of normal trading on the second trading day following the effective date of the trading halt, being 13 October 2023; or

• the release by the Company of an announcement regarding the capital raising.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
