Extension of Voluntary Suspension

Dalaroo Metals Ltd ( ASX: DAL , “Dalaroo” or “Company”) advises that further to the Company’s voluntary suspension on 12 October 2023 and in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.2, Dalaroo hereby requests that the suspension in relation to the Company’s shares be extended.

As advised in the release to the ASX on 12 October 2023, the Company is currently completing a capital raising and requires extra time to complete that process and ensure that it takes place in an orderly fashion. As a result, the Company expects the voluntary suspension to remain in place until the earlier of it making an announcement regarding the outcome of the capital raising or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 18 October 2023.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the extension to the suspension should not be granted.
