Appointment of Mohammed Niaré as President of Business Development in Cote d’Ivoire


Dalaroo Metals Ltd ( ASX : DAL ) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mohammed Niaré as President of Business Development in Cote d’Ivoire, effective 16[th] March 2026, strengthening the Company’s leadership team as it continues to expand its presence in West Africa

Mr Niaré brings extensive experience in the West African mining sector, with a strong track record in project development, government engagement, and building strategic partnerships across the region. Based in Côte d’Ivoire, he has developed deep relationships within government, industry and local communities, and has been closely involved in advancing exploration and development opportunities across the Birimian gold belt.

Mr Niaré has had significant experience in project development in West Africa having worked for Newmont, Kodal Minerals, Resolute and also being an essential part of the success of ASX: A1G African Gold which has in less than three years from $0.02 /sh[1] ($7-8M market capitalisation[2] ) to over $1.00 /sh[3] ($525M market capitalisation[4] ) and is subject to a scheme of arrangement from Montage Gold[5] .

His appointment reflects Dalaroo’s commitment to establishing a strong in-country presence and advancing its growing gold exploration portfolio in Côte d’Ivoire. Mr Niaré will play a key role in supporting the Company’s business development strategy, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and identifying new opportunities to expand Dalaroo’s West African footprint.

Dalaroo believes that Mr Niaré’s regional expertise, commercial insight and extensive network will be instrumental in supporting the Company’s strategy of building a significant gold exploration platform in one of the world’s most prospective and underexplored gold provinces.

The Board looks forward to working closely with Mr Niaré as the Company continues to advance its exploration programs and pursue new growth opportunities across the region.
