Company Secretary Appointment/Resignation

Dalaroo Metals Ltd ( ASX: DAL, “Dalaroo” or “Company”) advises that Mr John Arbuckle has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company. Mr Arbuckle is an accountant with over 30 years’ experience in the resource industry with extensive experience in Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Non-Executive Director roles in ASX listed companies.

Mr David Peterson has resigned as the Company Secretary and the Board wishes to thank him for his years of service and wishes him well for his future endeavours.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, the Company wishes to confirm that Mr Arbuckle is the primary person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX, effective immediately.
