Appointment / Resignation of Auditor

Dalaroo Metals Ltd ( ASX: DAL , “Dalaroo” or “Company”) advises that in accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.3, Hall Chadwick WA Audit Pty Ltd ( Hall Chadwick ) has been appointed as auditor of the Company. The appointment follows the resignation of Crowe Perth ( Crowe ) and ASIC’s consent to the resignation in accordance with section 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

Crowe resigned as auditors after deciding that the minerals exploration sector no longer aligned with its future business direction and growth objectives.

The appointment of Hall Chadwick arose following a competitive tender process undertaken by the Company. Hall Chadwick was selected as it is a high quality national firm which is recognised for its quality client service and was a best match of skills and value for the Company at this time.

In accordance with section 327(c) of the Corporations Act, a resolution will be presented at the Company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting to ratify the appointment of Hall Chadwick as the Company’s auditor.
