2023 Annual General Meeting – Key Dates

Dalaroo Metals Ltd ( ASX: DAL, “Dalaroo” or “Company”) announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 30 November 2023 at 11.00am (WST) at Level 1, Suite 9, 110 Hay Street, Subiaco, Western Australia.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 7.5 of the Company’s Constitution, a valid nomination for the position of Director must be received by the Company not less than 35 business days before the date of the annual general meeting (being 12 October 2023).

Further information on the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which will be released to the ASX on or before 27 October 2023.
