Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Dabur India Limited, has today approved the allotment of equity shares of the Company under the Dabur Employees Stock Option Scheme 2000, as under:

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 177,23,15,023/-divided into 177,23,15,023equity shares of Re. 1/-each to Rs. 177,23,18,252/-divided into 177,23,18,252 equity shares of Re. 1/-each.
The aforesaid equity shares shall rank pan passu in all aspects with the existing equity shares of the Company.
