NEW DELHI: Mahesh Singh Rajput (63), a resident of southwest Delhi's Dwarka, made several frantic calls to diagnostic centres in his locality for home collection of samples after his 59-yearold wife started showing Covid-19 symptoms. After at least eight labs declined, he drove his wife, who was already suffering from incessant coughing and high fever by then, to a diagnostic centre and waited for around 30 minutes before his wife's

sample was collected. His wait, however, did not end there. It took two days for the blood reports to arrive and another two days for the RT PCR report to come, which confirmed that Rajput's wife had tested positive for Covid-19.

"Though we started the basic treatment for her, the doctors kept asking for the blood test reports to determine the severity of her infection. We got the results four days after my wife started showing the first symptom," said Rajput.

laboratories. Lab technologists in the city reiterated that manpower crunch has also forced most laboratories to stop collecting samples from home. It has also resulted in delay in giving the reports. "There may be some laborato-

ries that are picking up more samples that they can process, thereby delaying the reports. At our centre, we collect only as many samples we can process in a single day. Earlier, we used to keep our sample collection centre open from 8am to 8pm. Now, with people rushing to get tested, we collect samples till about lpm and on some days, till lam," said the owner of another laboratory in Delhi.

A third laboratory owner said, "With the government capping the prices of RT-PCR tests, it isa challenge for laboratories to buy new machines and hire people to do the tests. When the pandemic is over, these machines are likely to be underutilised."

While labs are grappling with problems of their own, doctors said early detection of infection is the key to control the symptoms.

"A delayed test report holds no value. In many cases, the symptoms start manifesting very fast and to control them, you need to put the patient on antiviral or on steroids. This is why we need to scale up testing and make it more efficient. The load of the virus, if detected early on, can be controlled. We have observed mild cases turn severe just because requisite reports are not delivered on time," said Dr Jugal Kishore, head of the department of community medi cine at Safdarjung hospital.

गांवों में कोरोना संक्रमण की रफ्तार खतरे का संकेत

पहाडों से लेकर मैदानी इलाकों तक के गांवों में कोरोना ने खतरे की घंटी बजा दी है। संक्रमितों की संख्या तेजी से बढी है। अधिकांश गांवों में उपचार तो दुर परामर्श तक मयस्सर नहीं है। बिगड़ते हालात 'सरकारी प्रबंधन' के दावों को झूठलाने लगे हैं। ग्रामीण संक्रमण को लेकर

हिन्दस्तान' की हिन्दी पटटी के प्रमख प्रदेशों की पडताल चौंकाने वाली है। पहले बात उत्तराखंड के नैनीताल जिले के बेतलाघाट ब्लॉक की। यहां के रानीबाग गांव में एक संक्रमित की

गए तो उसमें से 53 पॉजिटिव निकले. यानी संक्रमण 55 फीसदी। कमोवेश गांव बर्धो में भी संक्रमण 60 प्रतिशत मिला। 75 लोगों की जांच में 45 कोरोना संक्रमित मिले। उत्तराखंड में कुल कंटेनमेंट जोन के लगभग 25 फीसदी ग्रामीण इलाकों में हैं। इसके बावजुद समुह टेस्टिंग गांवों में नहीं की गई है। यपी के हालात भी तीक नहीं है। गोरखपर जनपद में पिछले दो दिनों में गांवों से 36 सौ नमूने लिए

गए. इनमें से 654 पॉजिटिव पाए गए अर्थात 18 फीसदी से ज्यादा। जंगल कौड़िया पीएचसी के अहिरौली गांव में 62 में 28 कोरोना संक्रमित मिले। अलीगढ में सीएचसी-पीएचसी की जांच में लगभग 24 फीसदी पॉजिटिव सामने आए हैं। बहराइच-अमेठी में भी पॉजिटिविटी का स्तर 15 प्रतिशत से अधिक मिला। गोंड़ा में गुरुवार को

मिले कल संक्रमितों के 85 फीसदी ग्रामीण इलाके से थे। आगरा जिले में सक्रिय संक्रमितों में से 21 फीसदी का ताल्लुक सीधे गांवों से है। प्रयागराज में नगर निगम सीमा के बाहर 35 से 40 प्रतिशत तक संक्रमित मिल रहे हैं। वाराणसी में पिछले चार दिन से गांवों

को पॉजिटिविटी दर 20 फीसदी से ज्यादा है। मेरठ- बरेली भी इसी राह पर हैं। झारखंड में मेगा टेस्टिंग में भले ही पॉजिटिविटी रेट 13.11 से घटकर 7.72 पर आने का दावा किया गया हो. मगर पश्चिमी सिंहभम. चतरा गोंडा समेत आधा दर्जन से अधिक

ट्रिपल-टी ही कागजी

सरकार का टिपल–टी ( टेसिंग, टेस्टिंग और ट्रीटमेंट) पर जोर है लेकिन ग्रामीण इलाकों में कागजों पर ही नजर आ रहा है। ग्रामीण इलाकों में कोरोना जांच के पख्ता इंतजाम नहीं है। सीएचसी–पीएचसी संसाधनों के साथ स्टाफ की कमी से जुझ रहे हैं। बढते संक्रमण के बीच सधार के दावे जमीन पर नजर नहीं आते।

जिलों की ग्रामीण आबादी में संक्रमित की संख्या में बढोत्तरी हुई है। जनप्रतिनिधियों के माध्यम से गांवों में टेस्टिंग और प्रवासियों के सात दिन क्वारंटाइन किए जाने पर जोर है। बिहार के ग्रामीण इलाकों में कोरोना जांच की समुचित सुविधा नहीं है।

झोलाछाप का सहारा सरकारी सिस्टम भले ही गांवों में

दस्तक के दावे कर रहा हो लेकिन अधिकांश आबादी को झोलाछाप डॉक्टरों का ही सहारा है । कोरोना जांच की बजाय सर्दी–जकाम या खांसी पर मामूली दवाएं ही उपलब्ध हैं। कोरोना के भय के चलते ग्रामीण भी घरेलू उपचार को प्राथमिकता दे रहे हैं। प्रवासियों की व्यवस्थाएं कागजी ही हैं।

प्रखंड स्तर पर 40 फीसदी जांच हो पा रही हैं। मसौढी अनमंडल अस्पताल में गरुवार को जांच में 43 लोगों 14 पॉजिटिव निकले। आईएमए, बिहार के सचिव डॉ सनील कमार के अनसार गांवों में कोरोना के संक्रमण

कोरोना महामारी के चलते कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (एसएससी) ने आगामी दिनों में प्रस्तावित तीन बडी भर्तियों को टाल दिया है। स्टाफ सिलेक्शन कमीशन की ओर से सरकारी भर्ती परीक्षाओं और भर्ती अधिसचनाओं को स्थगित करने के संबंध में महत्वपूर्ण सूचना जारी की गई है।

एसएससी कांस्टेबल जीडी भर्ती 2021 की अधिसूचना जल्द जारी की जानी थी, लेकिन कोरोना महामारी के बढते मामलों के कारण अधिसचना जारी करने की प्रक्रिया को स्थगित कर दिया गया है। वहीं, दो अन्य भर्ती परीक्षाओं को भी टाला गया है।

आयोग ने एक नोटिस जारी कर बताया कि एसएससी कांस्टेबल जीडी भर्ती 2021 की अधिसचना और एसएससी सीएचएसएल टीयर 1 और एसएससी सीजीएल टीयर 1 परीक्षाओं को स्थगित कर दिया गया है।

आवेदक उम्मीदवार आधिकारिक नोटिस एसएससी की आधिकारिक साइट ssc.nic.in पर चेक कर सकते हैं। कर्मचारी चयन आयोग ने बताया कि परीक्षा और अधिसचना को देशभर में कोविड-19 के मामलों में उछाल को देखते हुए स्थगित किया गया है।

एसएससी कांस्टेबल जीडी भर्ती 2021 की अधिसूचना दुसरी बार टाली गई है। यह अधिसचना पहले 25 मार्च. 2021 को जारी की जानी थी. लेकिन अपरिहार्य कारणों के कारण इसे स्थगित करना पड़ा था।

महाराष्ट्र और केरल के जिले भले ही कोरोना का कहर सबसे ज्यादा झेल रहे हों. लेकिन देश के अन्य हिस्सों में भी संक्रमितों की संख्या में रिकॉर्ड वृद्धि दर्ज की जा रही है। बीते हफ्ते जिन 129 जिलों में पांच हजार से ज्यादा नए मामले सामने सामने आए, उनमें हरियाणा का गुरुग्राम पहले .स्थान पर है। वहां प्रति दस लाख आबादी पर 11695 संक्रमितों की पहचान हुई।

कोलकाता इस मामले में छठे, जबकि देहरादून नौवें और श्रीनगर 11वें स्थान पर रहा। तीनों शहरों में प्रति दस लाख आबादी पर क्रमशः 9494. 8632 और 8355 लोगों में संक्रमण की पुष्टि हुई। असम का कामरूप और चंडीगढ भी कोविड-19 के हॉटस्पॉट के रूप में उभर रहे शीर्ष-20 शहरों में शामिल हैं। दोनों शहरों में प्रति दस लाख आबादी परक्रमशः 6380 और 6320 लोगों की कोरोना जांच रिपोर्ट पॉजिटिव आई। कोलकाता और कमरूप दो ऐसे राज्यों से ताल्लुक रखते हैं, जिनमें हाल ही में विधानसभा

चुनाव संपन्न हुए हैं। देश में एक दिन में मौत रिकॉर्ड 4000 के पारः देश में शक्रवार को कोरोना के रिकॉर्ड 4,01,173 नए मामले सामने आए। इसके बाद संक्रमण के मामले 2,18,80,583 हो गए, जबकि 37 लाख से अधिक अब भी इस बीमारी की चपेट में हैं। केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के मुताबिक, पिछले 24 घंटे में 4055 लोगों की मौत होने के बाद मतक संख्या 2,38,129 हो गई है। लगातार बढ़ते मामलों के बीच सक्रिय मरीजों की संख्या 37,21,242 हो गई है, जो संक्रमण के कुल मामलों का 16.96 ....प्रतिशत है। जबकि, देश में स्वस्थ होने की राष्ट्रीय दर घटकर 81.95 प्रतिशत हो गई है।

खून देकर मुस्लिम महिला को बचाया

वाराणसी। हिंदु युवक ने खुन देकर एक मुस्लिम गर्भवती महिला की जान बचा ली। मानवता की मिसाल कायम करने वाले कबीरचौरा के रवि के रक्तदान करने के बाद आईएमए ने महिला के ग्रुप का ब्लड उपलब्ध कराया।

उन्नाव के रहने वाले रामशंकर के घर पर 17 अप्रैल को आफत टूट पड़ी थी। उनकी पत्नी जलज और 23 वर्षीय बेटा सुशील कोरोना संक्रमित हो गए। पत्नी की हालत तो सुधरने लगी। पर बेटे की हालत बिगडने लगी। उन्नाव से सीधे कानपुर भागे। वहां दो-तीन भटकने के बाद अस्पताल में जगह नहीं मिली। वह बेटे को लेकर लखनऊ आए। यहां एक निजी अस्पताल में जगह मिल गई। डॉक्टरों ने पहले अस्सी हजार जमा कराए। प्रतिदिन 25 हजार का खर्च बताया। पैसों की जरूरत पड़ी तो पत्नी ने बेटी की शादी के लिए रखे जेवर बेच कर 3.30 लाख रामशंकर को दिए।

बडहलगंज (गोरखपर)। वेंटिलेटर बेड और ऑक्सीजन के अभाव में शक्रवार को दाक्षणाचल के सुनात शाहा ने ापता आरे भाई के सामने तड़प कर दम ताड़ दिया बडहलगंज सीएचसी पहुंचे समित के पिता हरेंद्र शाही अपने बेटे को बचा लेने की .गहार लगा रहे थे। दक्षिणांचल के इकलौते कोविड हॉस्पिटल दुर्गावती हॉस्पिटल में हरेंद्र शाही अपने बेटे सनीत को लेकर पहंचे थे। लेकिन डॉ . मॅनोज यादव ने देखने बाद बताया कि ऑक्सीजन का स्तर 55 पहुंच गया है। उन्होंने बीआरडी मेडिकल कॉलेज या किसी अन्य अस्पताल में जाने की सलाह दी। सुनीत का भाई, पिता और अन्य रिश्तेदार काफी देर तक वेंटिलेटर वाले बेड की तलाश में अस्पतालों में कॉल लगाते रहे पर किसी ने उनकी नहीं सुनी। इस बीच उसकी सांसें थम गईं।

पटना। कोरोना के कोहराम के बीच ऑक्सीजन व रेमडेसिविर की किल्लत का फायदा उठाने के लिए साइबर अपराधी भी सक्रिय हो गए हैं। .ये बड़ी ही चालाकी से लोगों को अपना शिकार बना रहे हैं।

पहले सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर संदेश भेजकर ऑक्सजीन व दवा उपलब्ध होने का दावा करते हैं। पर हकीकत इससे बिल्लकुल अलग .होती है। जरूरतमंद इनकी चंगुल में ज्यों ही फंसते हैं उन्हें हजारों की रकम गंवानी पड़ती है। ईओयू ने शुक्रवार को ऐसे ही 12 शातिरों को गिरफ्तार किया है।इओयु को ऑक्सीजन और दवा के नाम पर साइबर अपराधियों द्वारा ठगी की भनक लग चुकी थी।

देश में 71 प्रतिशत नए मामले 10 राज्यों में आए

देशभर में एक दिन में आ रहे कोविड–19 के नए मामलों में से 71.81 प्रतिशत मामले महाराष्ट्र, कर्नाटक, उत्तर प्रदेश और दिल्ली समेत दस राज्यों से सामने आ रहे हैं। सबसे अधिक मामलों के दस राज्यों की सूची में कर्नाटक, केरल, बिहार, पश्चिम बंगाल, तमिलनाडु, आंध्र प्रदेश और राजस्थान भी शामिल हैं। महाराष्ट्र में एक दिन में सबसे अधिक 54,022 नए मामले आए। इसके बाद कर्नाटक में 48.781. जबकि केरल में संक्रमण के 38.460 नए मामले आए। अब तक 16,49,73,058 टीके लगाए जा चुके हैं। इनमें से 66.84 प्रतिशत टीके महाराष्ट्र, राजस्थान, गुजरात, उत्तर प्रदेश, पश्चिम बंगाल, कर्नाटक, मध्य प्रदेश, केरल, बिहार और आंध्र प्रदेश में लगाए गए हैं। बीते 24 घंटों में 23 लाख से अधिक लोगों को टीके लगाए गए।
