materiality of an event or information under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and
Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Since the Compliance Officer of the Company has been changed w.e.f. January 30, 2025, we are
submitting herewith a revised list of KMPs, effective from January 30, 2025, who have been
authorized by the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. on January 30, 2025, for the
purpose of determining materiality of an event or information.
