पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री केपी शर्मा ओली के नेतृत्व वाले सीपीएन-यूएमएल धड़े ने शुक्रवार को नेपाल में निर्णय किया कि प्रतिनिधि सभा में विश्वास मत राजनीतिक के दौरान वह नेपाल के नवनियुक्त प्रधानमंत्री शेर संकट बहादुर देउबा के खिलाफ वोट देगा।
काठमांडो में पार्टी की स्थायी समिति की बैठक में यह निर्णय किया गया। पार्टी की तरफ से जारी बयान के मुताबिक इसने संसद में विपक्ष में रहने का भी निर्णय किया।

विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने शुक्रवार को ताशकंद में एक क्षेत्रीय सम्मेलन में कहा कि संपर्क निर्माण में विश्वास आवश्यक है क्योंकि यह एकतरफा नहीं हो सकता और संप्रभुता तथा क्षेत्रीय अखंडता का सम्मान अंतरराष्ट्रीय संबंधों में इसके मूलभूत सिद्धांत हैं। उन्होंने ईरान स्थित चाबहार बंदरगाह को एक महत्त्वूपर्ण क्षेत्रीय ट़ांजिट हब करार दिया।

46 वीं वार्षिक सामान्य बैठक के बिषय में सूचना
एतद द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि कंपनी की 46th वार्षिक आम बैटक (एजीएम') वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग ('वीसी'')/अन्य ऑडियो–विज्अल मीन्स ("आेएवीएम") के माध्यम से गुरुवार, 19 अगस्त, 2021, 3.00 pm IST, को आयोजित की जाएगी | कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 के सभी लागू प्रावधानों और उसके साथ बनाऐ गये नियमों, भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ("सेबी") (सूचीबद्धता (लिस्टिंग) बाध्यताएं और प्रकटीकरण अपेक्षाएँ} विनियम, 2015, के अनुपालन में और सामान्य परिपत्र नं 14 / 2020, 17 / 2020, 20 / 2020 और 2 / 2021 तिथि 8 अप्रैल 2020, 13 अप्रैल 2020, 5 मई, 2020 और 13 जनवरी 2021, क्रमश: और कॉरपोरेट मामलों के मंत्रालय ("एमसीए") द्वारा जारी अन्य परिपत्र और सेबी ( सामूडिक रूप से '' प्रासंगिक परिपत्र' के रूप में संदर्भित) के अनुपालन में, यह सभा एक आम स्थल पर सदस्यों की मौतिक उपस्थिति के बिना की जायेगी। सदस्य केवल वीसी/ओएवीएम के माध्यम से ही एजीएम में भाग ले सकेंगें। भाग लेने वाले सदस्यों को कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 103 के तहत कोरम के उद्देष्य के लिए माना जाएगा।
प्रासंगिक परिपत्रों के अनुपालन में, एजीएम की सूचना और वार्शिक रिपोर्ट 2020–21 सहित स्टैंडअलोन और वित्तीय वर्ष 2020–21 के लिए समेकित वित्तीय विवरण, बोर्ड की रिपोर्ट, लेखा परीक्षकों की रिपोर्ट और अन्य दस्तावेज केवल कंपनी के उन्ही सदस्यों को ईमेल द्वारा भेजा जाएगा जिनके ईमेल पते कंपनी/डिपॉजिटरी पार्टिसिपेंट (ओ) के पास पंजीकृत हैं। उपरोक्त दस्तावेज कंपनी की वेबसाइट www.dabur.com पर और स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों की वेबसाइट पर, अर्थात बीएसई लिमिटेड और नेशनल स्टॉक एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड की वेबसाइट www.bseindia.com और www.nseindia.com पर भी उपलब्ध होंगे। और कंपनी के रजिस्ट्रार और ट्रांसफर एजेंट KFin Technologies Private Limited ('KFin'), की वेबसाइट, https://evoting.kfintech.com या https://emeetings.kfintech.com/ पर भी उपलब्ध होंगे।
कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 91 तथा सेबी {सूचीबद्धता (लिस्टिंग) बाध्यताएं और प्रकटीकरण अपेक्षाएँ} के विनियम 42 और 47 के अनुसरण में यह सूचना दी जाती है की सदस्यों के रजिस्टर तथा कंपनी की शेयर अंतरण पुस्तकें सोमवार, 2 अगस्त, 2021 से शुक्रवार, 6 अगस्त 2021 (दोनों दिवस सहित) तक वार्षिक साधारण बैठक के उद्देश्य के लिए तथा वित्तीय वर्ष 2020–21 में कंपनी के इक्विटी शेयर पर अंतिम लाभांश (सदस्यों द्वारा अनुमोदित होने की अवस्था में) के लिए सदस्यों की अधिकारिता निर्धारित करने के उददेश्य से बंद रहेगी।
एजीएम की सूचना प्राप्त करने के लिए ईमेल पते को पंजीकृत करने/अपडेट करने का प्रबंध, बार्षिक रिपोर्ट 2020&21 और/या ईवी मतदान सहित वीसी/ओएवीएम के माध्यम से एजीएम में शमिल होने के लिए लॉगिन आईडी।
- (क) जिन सदस्यों ने अपना ईमेल पता पंजीकृत नहीं किया है और परिणामस्वरूप वार्षिक रिपोर्ट, एजीएम की सूचना और ई–वोटिंग निर्देशों की सेवा नहीं की जा सकती है, वे अस्थायी रूप से लिंक पर पहुंचकर अपना ईमेल पता और मोबाइल नंबर KFin के साथ पंजीकृत करवा सकते हैं. https://ris.kfintech.com/clientservices/mobilereg/mobileemailreg.aspx. सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड के साथ नोटिस और ई–वोटिंग निर्देशों की सॉफ्ट कॉपी पाने के लिए और ईमेल पते और मोबाइल नंबर को रजिस्टर करने के लिए निर्देशित प्रक्रिया का पालन करें। किसी भी प्रश्न के मामले में, सदस्य [email protected] को लिख सकते हैं।
- (ख) वैकल्पिक रूप से, सदस्य (भौतिक डोल्डिंग) ईमेल आईडी [email protected] पर ईमेल पता, मोबाइल नंबर, स्व-सत्यापित पैन प्रति और शेयर प्रमाण पत्र की प्रति प्रदान करने वाले अनुरोध पत्र की इस्ताक्षरित प्रति की स्कैन की गई प्रति के साथ एक ई-मेल अनुरोध भेज सकता है। जिससे वे वार्षिक रिपोर्ट, एजीएम की सुचना और ई-वोटिंग निर्देश प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।
कंपनी को एमसीए परिपत्रों का अनुपालन करने और कॉरपोरेट गवर्नेंस में हरित पहल में भाग लेने के लिए सक्षम करने के लिए. सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रूप में धारित शेयरों के संबंध में अपने ईमेल पते को स्थायी रूप से रजिस्टर करने के लिए अपने डिपॉजिटरी प्रतिभागी (ओ) के साथ पंजीकृत करें।
ई—वोटिंग के माध्यम से वोट (वोटों) को डालना और एजीएम में भाग लेना

- कंपनी के पास पंजीकृत पते के समर्थन में स्व सत्यापित एड्रेस प्रूफ (जैसे ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, बैंक स्टेटमेंट, इलेक्शन कार्ड, पासपोर्ट, आधार कार्ड) की स्कैन कॉपी।
- सदस्य, अथबा यदि शेयर संयुक्त रूप से धारित हो तो, प्रथम सदस्य के नाम में निरस्त (कैंसिल) चेक की स्व सत्यापित स्कैन की गयी प्रति । यदि रद्द किया गया चेक लीफ में मेंबर का नाम नहीं है, तो बैंक पास-बुक स्टेटमेंट पेज की स्व सत्यापित कॉपी भेजें, जिसमे मेंबर का नाम दर्ज हो।
डीमैट होल्डिंग. डीमैटरियलाइज्ड मोड में शेयर रखने वाले सदस्यों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपने डिपॉजिटरी पार्टिसिपेंट के पास अपने बैंक डिटेल्स को रजिस्टर/अपडेट करें।
इलेक्ट्रॉनिक बैंक मैडेट का पंजीकरण नहीं कराने के कारण इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यम द्वारा किसी सदस्य को लाभांश का भुगतान करने में यदि कम्पनी असफल होती है तो कम्पनी सामान्य स्थिति बहाल होने के यथा शीघ्र ऐसे सदस्यों को लाभांश वारंट/ बैंकर्स चैक / डिमांड डापट भेजेगी।
