We would like to clarify that there is no as such any event or informatiori which have a bearing on the operations or the performance of the company are required to be intimated to the BSE under regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 20t5.
Therefore, we understand that the price movement and the volume of the shares traded in the recent past at the BSE platform is purely market driven and we further confirm and state there is no such event or information which needs to be disclosed further in that matter.
