Withdrawal from KingX Joint Venture

The Board of Coziron has reviewed its portfolio of projects and has decided to withdraw from the KingX Joint Venture which is located in the Earaheedy Basin in the central part of Western Australia.

Recent drilling success, together with the identification of a number of additional targets that appear to be prospective has made the advancement of the Company's flagship Yarraloola Iron Ore project a priority. Further, both the Buddadoo and Yarrie projects, with their prospectivity and proximity to ports and infrastructure will also remain a focus.

The Directors consider that the KingX Joint Venture is no longer aligned to the Company's strategy owing to its remote location.

Steve Lowe

Non-Executive Director

Withdrawal from the KingX Joint Venture will see the tenements revert to the Joint Venture partner, KingF Pty Ltd, and the group will no longer have any interest in the project.

The Company looks forward to being able to continue to focus its exploration activities onto the Yarraloola, Yarrie and Buddadoo projects.
