QUARTERLY ACTIVITIES REPORT TO 31 MARCH 2012

YARRALOOLA PROJECT

An Aboriginal Heritage survey was successfully completed in late March and the Company now has clearance to commence its first phase drilling exploration program on the Yarraloola Project. During the March quarter the company planned the initial drill program on the first target on the exciting Yarraloola Project which is due to commence on approximately 19 May 2012. The program will consist of 8,000 metres of RC drilling with 80 holes in total all to a depth of approximately 100 metres. The drilling programme will be the first conducted on the 1,400 square kilometre tenement package. Previous surface sampling on the project has resulted in over 40 results of greater than 55% Fe. Further infill drilling programmes are planned for the Yarraloola Project later in 2012 with the directors hopeful that a maiden JORC Fe resource will be announced to the market by November this year.

KINGX PROJECT

The Company has also planned an exploration programme for the King X Project. This program is scheduled to be conducted in late June and includes follow up geophysics and field mapping, to refine the manganese potential of the project. Drilling is programmed to commence in September with scope to be determined by results of targeting program. A further infill drilling programme is planned for the KingX Project later in 2012

AGAM IRON SANDS PROJECT

The Company maintains its interest in the Agam Iron Sands project, located on the island of Sumatra. In recent months the Company received a report from a consultant geologist who was engaged to review the project. The report reviewed the work completed previously and made several recommendations as to follow up work to be undertaken. The Board is currently considering these recommendations.
