CZR Completes Share Purchase Plan
CZR Resources (ASX: CZR) is pleased to advise the completion of its Share Purchase Plan Offer (“SPP”). The SPP of up to a maximum of $500,000 was announced on 7 June 2021 to eligible shareholders in conjunction with a Share Placement to sophisticated and professional investors to raise approximately $7 million. Tranche 1 of the Share Placement of approximately $4 million was completed on 15 June 2021 and Tranche 2 of the Share Placement of approximately $3.0 million is subject to shareholders approval at a meeting to be held on 22 July 2021. Both the Share Placement and the SPP were done at the same price of 1.15 cents per share.
The Company will issue and allot 24,608,683 fully paid ordinary shares at 1.15 cents per share to raise $283,000. Holding statements will be dispatched on or around 13 July 2021.
The Board has resolved not to issue any of the $217,000 shortfall in the SPP.
