TRADING HALT

The securities of Coziron Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 4 November 2014 or when the announcement is released to the market.

COZIRON RESOURCES LIMITED TRADING HALT REQUEST

Coziron Resources Limited hereby requests that its securities be placed in a trading halt and provides the following information in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

1. The Company requests a trading halt from the commencement of trading on 31 October 2014 pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

2. The trading halt is to last until the earliest of the Company releasing the announcement, or the commencement of trading on Tuesday 4 November 2014.

3. We expect that the trading halt will end by the Company making an announcement.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
