CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL

Coziron Resources Limited (subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) (ASX: CZR) advises that the consolidation of securities on a 1 for 2 basis, approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 31 January 2011, has been completed.

Details of securities on issue are now as follows:

1. Ordinary Shares 44,473,654 2. Options (30/09/11, ex price $0.10) 577,500

Dispatch of holding statements advising securityholders of the consolidation will occur on 15 February 2011, as per the consolidation timetable.

The Company’s securities will now remain in suspension until the Company’s capital raising is complete.
