COZIRON RESOURCES LIMITED (ASX CODES: CZR) EXTENSION OF TIME FOR DUE DILIGENCE

With regard to the Memorandum of Understanding executed between Coziron and Northsky Holdings Ltd on 31 July 2009, Northsky had requested for extension of time to 31 December 2009 to complete their due diligence.
