Restricted securities to be released from escrow

The Company hereby advises that pursuant to Listing Rule 3.10A 19,325,002 unquoted fully paid ordinary shares, together with 3,000,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.25 each on or before 31 December 2009 and 1,250,000 unquoted options exercisable at $0.20 each on or before 31 January 2009 are due to be released from escrow on 29 August 2008.

The Company will apply to ASX for quotation of the shares under separate cover. The unquoted options will remain unquoted.
