CZR APPOINTS DR ROB RAMSAY AS CEO

Coziron Resources Limited (ASX:" CZR " or " Company ") is pleased to advise that it has appointed highly experienced geologist, Dr Rob Ramsay as the Company’s Managing Director and CEO. Dr Ramsay has been a Director of CZR since late 2012 and has been central to the development of the Company’s projects. Further, he has played a key leadership and technical role in the recent discovery of highgrade gold mineralisation at Top Camp in the Pilbara of Western Australia.

Background CZR

CZR has recently recommenced a programme of drilling at its Top Camp Prospect, part of the Croydon Project in the Pilbara of Western Australia. In late 2019, the Company completed a maiden drill campaign that pierced through weathered material beneath large areas of outcropping altered rocks that host extensive areas of shallow historical workings and anomalous soil geochemistry.

In this first programme of drilling, 9 of the 13 holes drilled to 200 metres holes on 300 metre spaced sections intersected gold mineralisation at greater than 0.5 g/t. The best intercept of 8 metres at 10.2g/t Au in CRC007 from 135 metres was supported in other holes by broad zones of alteration and

mineralisation that included 19 metres at 0.69 g/t Au in CRC013 from 51 metres, and 7 metres at 1.4g/t Au from 58 metres downhole in CRC009, (CZR:ASX release, 6 February 2020).

Since the completion of this drill program and results reported, there have been gold discoveries reported on nearby tenements. They include De Grey Mining (ASX:DEG release 26 February 2020) confirming the highly prospective nature of the region to host large gold systems.

Dr Robert Ramsay background

Dr Rob Ramsay is a Geologist with over 35 years of industry experience. He has worked across a range of commodities, which include iron-ore, gold, base-metals, platinum group metals, fluorite, mineral sands and diamonds, in Australia and internationally. He is a past Director of Striker Resources NL and has previously worked with, and/or consulted to, a range of companies that include CRA Exploration (now Rio Tinto Ltd), BHP-Billiton Ltd, Gravity Diamonds, Mineral Securities Ltd, Speewah Metals Ltd and Trident Capital Ltd. Dr Ramsay is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. In mid2012 Rob joined CZR to manage the target generation process and assist with fieldwork and has been a non-executive Director of the company since December 2012.

Key Commercial Terms of Employment

Commencement date 1 June 2020 Term No fixed term. Contract continues until terminated in accordance with the terms of the Contract. Fixed remuneration $200,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation. Other entitlements Annual and other statutory leave. Termination notice 3 months by the Company, one month by the individual. Additional provisions Contract contains additional provisions considered standard for employment agreements of this nature.
