Appointment of Simon Jackson as Non-Executive Director
The Directors of Coziron Resources Limited (ASX:CZR) (“CZR” or “Company”) are pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Jackson as a non-executive Director of the Company.
Simon is an experienced resource industry executive with a broad range of senior management experience through all facets of the mining cycle from exploration, discovery, feasibility, financing, construction, operations and divestment. He has extensive Board and executive level experience in a number of TSX and ASX listed public companies.
Simon has previously held the roles of CEO and Managing Director of Beadell Resources Limited, President and CEO of TSX listed Orca Gold Inc. and VP Corporate Development of Red Back Mining Inc.
Commenting on Simon Jackson’s appointment, the Company’s chairman Adam Sierakowski said “As the Company looks forward to progressing its many projects in 2019 it welcomes Simon to the team as a proven and experienced professional in the resource sector. Coziron has multi commodity targets and it continues to focus on expanding its resource base and Simon’s expertise is expected to complement the deep geological experience available to the Company.”
