APPOINTMENT OF DARRYL PODMORE AS CONSULTANT GEOLOGIST

The Directors of Coziron Resources Limited are pleased to announce that Darryl Podmore has joined the Company in the role of Consultant Geologist.

Mr Podmore is a geologist with over 30 years experience working with BHP Billiton in their iron ore division. Mr Podmore has extensive working experience at and knowledge of BHP Billiton’s Shay Gap iron ore mine in the east Pilbara region of WA, adjacent to the Yarrie project, over which Coziron recently executed an option to acquire. During his time at BHP Billiton Mr Podmore spent 8 years as Senior Geologist and Chief Geologist at Shay Gap, where he was responsible for all mine and exploration activities. Mr Podmore was involved in the discovery and delination of in-excess of 100Mt of iron ore resources. Mr Podmore also spent 6 years as the Manager of BHP Billiton’s Yarrie projects, which included the Yarrie, Shay Gap and Nimingarra mines, before spending 5 years as Principal Geologist - Technical Services in BHP Billiton’s Perth office.

The Company is very excited and pleased to have secured the services of Mr Podmore, whose extensive knowledge and experience in the iron ore industry in general, and in particular in the east Pilbara where Coziron has an option to acquire the Yarrie project, will be very valuable as it continues to develop its extensive iron ore projects.

ABOUT COZIRON RESOURCES LIMITED

Coziron Resources Limited has exploration focussed on the Yarraloola (1450km[2] of granted tenements), KingX (859km[2] granted and 2127 km[2] under application) and Buddadoo (210km[2] granted) Projects and an option over Shepherd Well (193km[2] ) and Yarrie (1022km[2] ) (Fig 3). The Yarraloola, Buddadoo, Shepherds Well and Yarrie projects have iron-ore as the principal exploration target, while KingX is focused on prospectivity for manganese.
