APPOINTMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

The Directors of Coziron Resources Limited are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Robert Ramsay to the Board. Rob is a geologist with over 30 years experience working with BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto and several junior explorers. Most recently Rob was the Senior Project Geologist with Speewah Metals Ltd where he was responsible for the planning and implementation of drilling programmes from discovery through to a JORC-compliant resources of 4.7Billion tonnes on the V-Timagnetite along with mapping and drilling of an epithermal, vein-style deposit of fluorite adjacent to the V-Ti-magnetite deposit leading to the expansion of a JORC-compliant resource of 6.7Mt.

Rob has been working for Coziron since May 2012 when he joined as a consultant senior geologist. Rob has been responsible for the initial exploration programs on Conziron’s three Western Australian Projects.

In conjunction with the appointment of Dr Robert Ramsay, Eddie Soong has resigned as a director of the Company. The Board would like to thank Eddie for his contribution, particularly through the Company’s transition over the last 2 years.
