RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS

The Directors of Coziron Resources Limited (ASX: CZR) advise that at a Board meeting held on 21 October 2010 the resignations of Richard Tan as Director and Secretary and Sin Hin Lim as Director were accepted by the Company.

The Company is pleased to announce that Steve Lowe and Adam Sierakowski have been appointed to the Board and that Stephen Hewitt-Dutton has been appointed Company Secretary. The new Directors look forward to working with Eddie Soong who remains on the Board of the Company. The Directors would like thank Mr Tan and Mr Lim for their contributions during the time they were Directors of the Company.

Coziron Resources Limited also advises that the registered office of the Company has been changed to Level 24, 44 St George’s Terrace, Perth.
