APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Coziron Resources Limited (ASX Code: CZR) is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Ron Punch as a non-executive Director of the company.
Ron has had considerable banking, financial markets, broking and corporate experience. He started his career with Westpac (formerly Bank of New South Wales) and then the Reserve Bank of Australia. Ron joined Patersons stockbrokers in 1969 and was involved in portfolio management, underwriting, corporate and general broking activities.
Ron is also a former Chairman of The Perth Stock Exchange and its Listing Committee. He has served on the Boards of a number of ASX listed and private companies and currently retains an active role in portfolio management with Patersons Securities. He has previously been a member of various professional organisations and holds a B Ec and AFin.
