CHANGE IN DIRECTORSHIP

The Directors of Coziron Resources Limited (ASX:CZR) would like to announce that Mr Greg Burns will step down as Executive Director as of Thursday 9[th] of August 2007 and will assume the role as a Non-Executive Director for the Company. Mr Burns is embarking on a new venture within the Mining Industry and the Non-Executive role will afford him the time to undertake the new venture.

The Board of Coziron wishes to thank Mr Burns as a founding director for his commitment to the Company over the past year. He remains available to the Company as a consultant.
