The Directors of Coziron Resources Limited (ASX:CZR) would like to announce that Mr George Lazarou will step down as Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary, effective immediately due to other work commitments.

Mr Ah Aun Ong has been appointed as the new Company Secretary.
