Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made 20 May 2022 related to

the subscription of shares by primary insiders in the Employee Share Purchase

Program in Cyviz.

The correction reads as follows:

* Ellen Kristine Lome, CCO, has subscribed for 7 336 new shares in the Company

for a total subscription amount of NOK 200 000. Following the subscription,

Lome controls 7 336 shares in the Company.

* Eirik Simonsen, CTO, has subscribed for 1 834 new shares in the Company for a

total subscription amount of NOK 50 000. Following the subscription, Simonsen

controls 37 334 shares in the Company.

Mandatory notification of subscription of shares by primary insiders in the

Employee Share Purchase Program

May 20, 2022: Reference is made to Cyviz AS' (the "Company") stock exchange

announcement earlier today, regarding the result of the offer of new shares to

employees in the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Employee Share Purchase

Program") and the Board of Directors' resolution to increase the share capital

of the Company. The following primary insiders of the Company have subscribed

for new shares in the Company at the offer price of NOK 27.255 per share in the

Employee Share Purchase Program.

* Espen Gylvik, CEO, has subscribed for 7 336 new shares in the Company for a

total subscription amount of NOK 200 000. Following the subscription, Gylvik

controls 96 821 shares in the Company.

* Marius Skagen, CFO, has subscribed for 3 668 new shares in the Company for a

total subscription amount of NOK 100 000. Following the subscription, Skagen

controls 3 668 shares in the Company.

* Ellen Kristine Lome, CCO, has subscribed for 7 336 new shares in the Company

for a total subscription amount of NOK 200 000. Following the subscription,

Lome controls 7 336 shares in the Company.

* Eirik Simonsen, CTO, has subscribed for 1 834 new shares in the Company for a

total subscription amount of NOK 50 000. Following the subscription, Simonsen

controls 37 334 shares in the Company.

* Anand Anupam, EVP Global Sales & Marketing, has subscribed for 3 668 new

shares in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 100 000.

Following the subscription, Anupam controls 3 668 shares in the Company.

* Peter Stewart, EVP Global Partnerships, has subscribed for 3 668 new shares

in the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 100 000. Following the

subscription, Stewart controls 125 156 shares in the Company.

* Anas Al-Hawari, General Manager MEA, has subscribed for 3 668 new shares in

the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 100 000. Following the

subscription, Al-Hawari controls 3 668 shares in the Company.

* Arqam Jaradat, Vice President MENA, has subscribed for 3 668 new shares in

the Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 100 000. Following the

subscription, Jaradat controls 3 668 shares in the Company.

* Jan Petter Lie, President Europe, has subscribed for 3 668 new shares in the

Company for a total subscription amount of NOK 100 000. Following the

subscription, Lie controls 35 910 shares in the Company.
