Cyviz AS: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the previous stock exchange announcements from Cyviz AS

(the "Company" or "Cyviz", ticker CYVIZ) on 16 March 2021 regarding the private

placement directed towards Karbon Invest AS and on 24 March 2021 regarding the

approval of the share capital increase pertaining to the private placement by

the Company's general meeting.

The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement of NOK 1,265,000

divided on 1,150,000 shares has today been registered in the Norwegian Register

of Business Enterprises (Nw: Foretaksregisteret).

Following the share capital increase, the new share capital in the Company is

NOK 14,174,156.70 divided into 12,885,597 shares, each with a nominal value of

NOK 1.10.

The new shares will be listed and tradable on Euronext Growth Oslo from issuance

in the Central Securities Depository (VPS).
