Cyviz today publishes its financial results for the second quarter of 2025. The

Q2 results reflect timing effects from multi-period projects and several large

orders closing just after quarter-end.

Year-to-date order intake as of today stands at an all-time high, underscoring

solid underlying traction and supports a stronger outlook for the second half of

Key highlights for Q2 2025:

* Revenue of NOK 129.3 million, compared to NOK 139.1 million in Q2 2024

* Gross profit stable at NOK 69 million, margin of 53.1% (49.6% in Q2 2024)

* EBITDA of NOK -2.6 million, compared to NOK 2.2 million in Q2 2024

* Order intake of NOK 123.4 million, compared to NOK 155.7 million in Q2 2024

* Order backlog of NOK 282 million, compared to NOK 347 million in Q2 2024

* Operating cash flow of NOK 3.6 million, compared to NOK -0.5 million in Q2

2024

"While Q2 was impacted by timing of larger projects, underlying momentum

including pipeline creation was strong which were converted to record-high

orders after quarter-end. Our momentum in Europe, particularly in defence and

energy, combined with Cyviz being accepted into NATO supplier frameworks and

solid progress in our software platform business, gives us confidence for the

second half of 2025," says Espen Gylvik, CEO of Cyviz.
