With reference to the announcement of 28th November 2014 in respect of the transfer by Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc of free shares to its Shareholders at the ratio of 1 free share of nominal value of €0,85 for every 76 shares held, has now been concluded. The free shares have already been registered to those entitled.
