Supplementary Results Announcement of first quarter 2013

In relation to the announcement of the results of Cyprus Trading Corporation Plc (CTC) Group for the first three months of 2013, which were published earlier today, the Company wishes to add to the initial announcement that, CTC as holding company has absorbed the losses of Ermes Department Stores Plc of which the results for the first three months of 2013 were announced yesterday.

CTC also wishes to add that the social community involvement of Shacolas Group of Companies by offering free breakfast to children in need that attend primary and some secondary schools in Cyprus continues, with the estimated total cost by the end of the year to reach $€1.5m$ .
