This is to inform that “CYIENT DLM INC” has been incorporated under General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware, USA as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cyient DLM Limited, which is a subsidiary of Cyient Limited. Cyient DLM Inc will be a step down subsidiary of the Company.
