Further to our intimation dated August 20, 2024, we wish to inform you that we have completed the sale of 11,499,390 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of our subsidiary, Cyient DLM Limited (“ Cyient DLM ”), representing approximately 14.50% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of Cyient DLM by way of a block trade on the platform of BSE Limited, in accordance with applicable law and circulars issued by SEBI in this regard.

The share sale was undertaken at a price of Rs. 764.40 per equity share. Pursuant to the sale, our shareholding in Cyient DLM has become 52.16% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital of Cyient DLM.
