Cyient Semiconductors has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Kinetic Technologies, a global leader in power management, high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs. The senior management team comprised of Krishna Bodanapu - Managing Director & Executive Vice-Chairman I Cyient Limited; Prabhakar Atla - President & CFO I Cyient Limited; Suman Narayan – CEO I Cyient Semicon and Ramya Mohan – CFO I Cyient Semicon will hold a conference call on 18[th] December 2025 to have a detailed discussion on the same. The call will start at 8:30 AM IST (10:00 PM New York, 11:00 AM Hong Kong and Singapore time) and will last for 45 minutes.
