CYIENT LEADERSHIP RE-ORGANISATION CONFERENCE CALL
Hyderabad, India, 3 April 2023: Cyient (Estd: 1991, NSE: CYIENT) Cyient, a leading global technology solutions company, announced executive leadership appointments to accelerate its technology led growth.
With immediate effect, Cyient’s board of directors has appointed Krishna Bodanapu as Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Cyient Limited. Karthikeyan (Karthik) Natarajan has been appointed as CEO and continues to be Executive Director of Cyient Limited. Prabhakar Atla has been appointed as the CFO designate, keeping in mind the upcoming retirement of Ajay Aggarwal, CFO of Cyient Limited. Prabhakar will take over the role of CFO and report to the CEO. As announced earlier, Anthony Montalbano has been appointed as the CEO of Cyient DLM. The CEOs of Cyient Limited and Cyient DLM will report to Krishna Bodanapu.
Our senior management team will conduct a conference call in this regard on 4[th] April, 2023 at 12:30 PM IST (03:00 AM New York, 08:00 AM London and 03:00 PM Hong Kong and Singapore time) for 45 minutes.
