Northwestern University, Krishna is a member of several industry associations, including CII and the IndiaUS CEO Forum, and is well-known for his outstanding leadership in advancing the use of technology in engineering and manufacturing practices.

Mr. Karthikeyan Natarajan

As Cyient's Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Karthikeyan (Karthik) Natarajan drives global operations. He led its transformation from pure play engineering services to a technology solutions partner. In his recent stint at Cyient, he has put the company on a high growth track with a sharpened focus on developing talent, service capabilities, innovation initiatives, and reinforcing customer-centricity.

With over 30 years of experience in the engineering and technology domain, Karthik brings a strong focus on product development, R&D, and engineering/digital strategies for global organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. He is widely recognized as a thought leader in the engineering and technology domain and serves as the Engineering R&D Council Chair, and is a member of the Executive Council at NASSCOM

Mr. Prabhakar Atla:

Prabhakar Atla is President and Chief Financial Officer-designate at Cyient. He steered the strategy, operations, sales, and P&L of the Aerospace, Rail, and Communications business units at Cyient. He brings with him over two decades of experience, and in his 17+ years at Cyient, he has handled multiple responsibilities and is credited with delivering excellence, growing customer relationships, and introducing new service offerings for the company.

Prabhakar earned a master’s degree in business administration from Andhra University and has completed the ISB-Kellogg Global Advanced Management Programme offered by the Indian School of Business and the Kellogg School of Management. Prabhakar is also actively involved in Cyient’s CSR initiatives.
