Announcement of Results for the third Quarter ended December 31, 2025
Hyderabad (India), January 20, 2026: Cyient DLM (Estd: 1993, NSE: CYIENTDLM) is an integrated Electronics Manufacturing Solutions provider with a focus on entire life cycle of the product including Design, Build and Maintain. We are one of the leading EMS companies in India offering electronic solutions for safety and mission critical applications in highly regulated industries.
We will be announcing our Ind AS results for the third Quarter ended December 31, 2025, on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Following the release, our senior management team comprising of Krishna Bodanapu – Non-Executive Chairman; Rajendra Velagapudi – Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer; and Subramanian RM – Chief Financial Officer will conduct an earnings conference call. The earnings call will start at 05:15 PM IST (07:45 AM New York, 12:45 PM London and 07:45 PM Hong Kong and Singapore time) for 45 minutes.
