Cygnus Gold Limited (ASX:CY5) announces that Dr Amanda Buckingham has resigned as a Director of the Company, effective 20 September 2019.

The Company thanks Dr Buckingham, who was one of Cygnus Gold’s original founders, for her significant work toward identifying the Company’s highly prospective exploration target areas and her involvement through the IPO process in 2017 culminating in the Company’s listing on the ASX in January 2018.

Cygnus Chairman Michael Bohm said “My fellow Directors and I would like to thank Amanda for her significant contribution to Cygnus from the outset. We wish her every success and look forward to continuing to progress our work on the targets that she was instrumental in identifying.”
