The Management Board ofCyfrowy Polsat S.A. (the "Company"), in relation to current report no.22/2021 dated 27 September, 2021 and pursuant to article 80 of the Actof 29 July 2005 on Public Offering and the Conditions Governing theIntroduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and on PublicCompanies (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2080) (the "Public OfferingAct") hereby presents, as an attachment to this current report, theposition of the Company's Management Board regarding the tender offer tosubscribe for the sale of shares in the Company announced on 28September 2021 by Cyfrowy Polsat S.A., Reddev Investments Limited andMr. Zygmunt Solorz pursuant to article 74 section 1 of the PublicOffering Act.
