Re: Finał Judgement of the Princely High Court in Vaduz, Liechtenstein

Acting on behalf of the TiVi Foundation, with its officia! address at c/o BlueRidge Management AG, Industrie ring 14, 9491 Ruggell, and registered under number FL-0002.394.367-5 (the "Foundation"), we hereby inform you that the Foundation has been formally served with the judgment of the Princely High Court in Vaduz, Liechtenstein, dated 18 December 2025, case ref. 06 HG.2024.21 O ON 59.

Bythis judgment, the Princely High Court dismissed in its entirety the appeal filed by Mr. Zygmunt Solorz and upheld in full the judgment of the Princely District Court dated 19 May 2025.

Consequently, the Princely High Court confirmed, inter alia, that:

• (i) all declarations and statements made by Mr. Zygmunt Solorz on 2 August 2024 the amendment of the statutes, the succession declaration and the circular resolution - are legally valid, effective, and binding;
• (ii) Mr. Zygmunt Solorz validly transferred his founder's rights within the Foundation to Mr.Tobias Solorz, Ms. Aleksandra Żak and Mer. Piotr Żak; and
• (iii) Mr. Zygmunt Solorz was neither acting under any mistake nor was he misled; nor was any deception established in connection with these declarations.

The judgment of the Princely High Court is finał and binding.
