(the "Company") hereby informs that on 29 November2021 the Company, as a person closely associated with a persondischarging managerial responsibilities at the Company, notified of atransaction on financial instruments issued by the Company pursuant toArticle 19 section 1 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014 on market abuse (marketabuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the EuropeanParliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC,2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (the "MAR Regulation").
