TRADING HALT
The securities of Cyclopharm Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 9 November 2012 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for trading halt
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company requests a trading halt in respect of its shares from the commencement of trading on Wednesday 7 November 2012.
The trading halt is requested pending an announcement concerning an entitlement offer.
The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the commencement of trading on Friday 9 November 2012, or such time as the Company is able to make an announcement concerning the entitlement offer.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
