Chairman to Stand Down Temporarily

Cyclopharm Limited (ASX: CYC) advises that Mr Vanda Gould has been redesignated as NonExecutive Company Director of Cyclopharm Limited effective today.

Mr Vanda Gould was appointed as the Group Non-Executive Chairman on 1 March 2007. Due to the demands on his time from fighting charges in relation to an ongoing taxation dispute, Mr Gould has advised he will be unable to dedicate sufficient time to the role of Chairman in the near future forward although he will remain on the Board as a NonExecutive Director.

In the interim, Mr David Heaney, an Independent Non-Executive member of the Board since 20 November 2007 has been appointed as acting Chairman until further notice.

The Board of Directors are not aware of any impact on the Company’s business as a result of the allegations against Mr Gould.
