Sub: Utilization of funds pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that as on May 07, 2026 the funds raised through preferential allotment dated December 04, 2023 (Date of receipt of fund) has been fully utilized as on date, The Proceeds have been utilized as per the objects of the issue approved by the Shareholders of the Company vide postal ballot dated November 27, 2023 including the corrigendum to the postal ballot notice dated November 06, 2023.

We wish to inform you that the amount of Rs. 40,27,72,500/- (Rupees Forty Crores Twenty-Seven Lakhs Seventy-Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) has been invested in the equity capital of its wholly owned subsidiary, CyberTech Systems and Software Inc., USA.

Accordingly, the statement of deviation pursuant to Regulation 32 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 shall reflect the utilization of the aforesaid funds.
