Reggio Emilia, 14 gennaio 2021 – Cyberoo Spa, Pmi innovativa quotata su AIM Italia, specializzata in cyber security per le imprese, porta oltralpe le sue soluzioni in accordo con la società francese Integra Systems, specializzata in soluzioni IT e trasformazione digitale per le imprese.
Nata nel 2008, Integra Systems supporta i propri clienti in Francia e all'estero per le loro architetture Cloud private e ibride.
Integra Systems è stata in grado di differenziarsi attraverso la sua forte esperienza nel corso degli anni, ma anche grazie alle partnership con player tecnologici particolarmente innovativi. Dal 2018 Integra Systems amplia la propria offerta con una selezione efficace di servizi gestiti.
L'accordo, che dà seguito all'annunciato percorso di espansione sul mercato europeo (deliberato lo scorso mese di luglio dal CdA Cyberoo), è stato raggiunto anche grazie al contributo della nuova divisione francese di Cyberoo e prevede la rivendita oltralpe delle soluzioni di cyber security Cyberoo (CYPEER e CSI), in un contesto di crescenti esigenze di sicurezza informatica del secondo mercato continentale. Si tratta del primo accordo di partnership raggiunto con una società francese, che ha apprezzato le competenze specialistiche e, soprattutto, ilservizio di monitoraggio, analisi e correlazione dei sistemi di Cyberoo, gestito e disponibile h24.

Reggio Emilia, 14 January 2021 – Cyberoo SpA, an innovative SME listed on the Italian Stock Exchange - AIM Italia, specialized in cyber security for companies, takes its solutions beyond the Alps in agreement with the French company Integra Systems, specialized in IT solutions and digital transformation for businesses.
Born in 2008, Integra Systems supports its customers in France and abroad for their private and hybrid Cloud architectures.
Integra Systems has been able to differentiate itself through its strong expertise over the years, also with its strong technological partnerships with particularly innovative partners. Since 2018, Integra Systems is expanding its offer with effective managed services.
The agreement, which follows up the announced expansion plan on the European market (approved last July by the Cyberoo Board of Directors), has been reached thanks to the contribution of the newly established CYBEROO France division and provides for the resale on of Cyberoo cyber security solutions (CYPEER and CSI), in a context of growing cybersecurity needs of the second European continental market. This is the first partnership agreement reached with a French company, which appreciated Cyberoo's specialist skills and, above all, the monitoring, analysis and correlation service of Cyberoo's systems, managed and available 24 hours a day.
