The Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of CyanConnode Holdings plc (AIM: CYAN), a global provider of IoT communication and smart metering solutions, was held earlier today.

All 6 resolutions put to members were passed unanimously on a show of hands. Resolutions 1 to 5 were passed as ordinary resolutions and Resolution 6 was passed as a special resolution.
