Director Share Options

CyanConnode Holdings plc (LSE: CYAN), a global leader in narrowband radio frequency (RF) smart mesh networks, announces that, further to its announcement on 11 November 2024 relating to the appointment of Lyndon Faulkner as Non-Executive Director of the Company, it has awarded 1,899,335 share options to Mr Faulkner at a vesting price of 10.53 pence per share, being the closing mid-market share price on Friday, 8 November 2024. The share options will vest, subject to continued appointment, 25% per year over the next four years with the first 25% vesting on 11 November 2025.

Mr Faulkner holds no other share options and holds no shares in the Company.
